Our three-hour African/Native American Tour first stop will be the Moore Museum and then to the Fort Christmas. We will be ending our tour with a lunch or dinner at Loyd Have Mercy Soul Food Restaurant.
According to Florida Today "This is another restaurant with lots of character and a great story: the brainchild of the Rev. Dr. Andrew Loyd, a pastor in Orlando, who happens to be a splendid cook. Seafood, barbecue and home-style meals are on the menu, some of it served family-style. The fried chicken is a discussion-starter: Is it the best in Brevard County? Perhaps.". The restaurant was featured on the Food Network in August 2019.
